In order to keep Aesthetics Pro as a safe place for everyone, we are following the Alberta Health Guidelines. Please read the information below so you know what to expect and how to come prepared for your next visit.

Restrictions Exemption Program

Alberta has declared a state of public health emergency. Aesthetics Pro is participating in the Restrictions Exemption Program. Therefore, we will require one of the following presented at the time of check-in to proceed with your spa reservation :

 

1.  Proof Of Vaccination

Full Vaccination (two doses) or;

Partial Vaccination (must be received 2 weeks prior to the date of your Spa reservation). 

Full vaccination is required after October 25, 2021

 

2.  Proof of a privately-paid negative PCR or rapid test within 72 hours of the Spa service (tests from Alberta Health Services or Alberta Precision Laboratories are not permissible)

 

Please be advised, if the above requirements cannot be met at check-in, we will be unable to proceed with services.

 

Instead of checking your proof on every visit, you can send us the proof of vaccination to vip@aestheticspro.ca prior your appointment or show us the proof at the door before entering the center.

 

We are a small business and we are doing everything in our power to keep our doors open and our team employed.

  • Spa door are locked at all time. You will be greeted at our entrance, asked to show the Proof of Vaccination.

  • If you are feeling ill in any way, have a fever, if you show any COVID-19 symptoms, have been in close contact with someone with someone who is sick or who tested positive for COVID-19, please stay at home and reschedule your appointment.

  • Please stay at home if you recently travelled outside of Canada in the last month and haven’t isolated at home for 14 days upon your return.

  • Please print, fill out and sign the COVID-19 waiver form prior your appointment. The form are automatically send to the client's registered email after the appointment booked. The form also available at check-in.

  • Maintain physical distancing in common areas including receptions area, waiting area, hallway and consultation room.

  • Face masks are required for all guests in the spa common areas including receptions area, waiting area, hallway and consultation room.

  • All therapist and staff members will wear a mask at all times.

  • We will provide, as usual, hygiene supplies, including hand soap, hand sanitizer, paper towels, and disposable masks.

  • Arrive on time at the arrival time for your treatment to sanitize your hands (please do not arrive too early or late in order to support our social distancing). Temperature check and to fill out intake forms as part of your check in.

  • Entry to the Spa is by appointment only.

  • Health screening of staff and client will ensure a safe environment.

  • Come alone to your appointment with as few personal items as possible.

  • Family members will not be allowed in the spa.

  • Full receipts will be emailed (ask for RMT receipts if required for insurance).

  • Payment by card only. Cash currently not accepted.
